1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the TradoCell mobile application or tradocell.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
2. Description of Service
TradoCell provides offline mobile trading calculation tools, multi-currency rate card formatting, optical IMEI scanning utilities, supplier manifest auditing tools, and device specification decoders. TradoCell is a software utility and does not buy, sell, or take custody of physical devices.
3. Commercial Responsibility
Traders and users are solely responsible for verifying the physical condition, IMEI validity, blacklist status, lock status, and financial settlements of devices they trade. The application provides analytical tools "as is" without commercial warranty of merchantability.
